Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 1–2 business days. Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, clearly label the parcel with your RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Once received, our team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection. If you prefer a replacement, we'll despatch one at no additional cost.
