Returns & Refunds

• Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unmodified.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.
• All original accessories, manuals, and bundled items must be included.
• Products showing signs of physical damage, tampering, or misuse will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• Defective or incorrectly supplied products — we cover all return and replacement shipping at no cost to you.

The following categories are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

• Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product listing.
• Warranty claims for defective products within 6 months of purchase are handled at no cost to you in line with the CPA.
• After 6 months, warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty terms and may require assessment.
• Physical damage, water damage or modifications void the manufacturer's warranty.

• EFT / Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days after approval
• Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
• Account Credit: 1–2 business days (if you prefer store credit instead of a refund)
• You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
