How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Gather Your Proof of Purchase

Locate your HoggerVR order number, invoice, or receipt. This is required to validate your warranty with the manufacturer.

Reach us via our contact page, call +27 13 007 9088, or email sales@hoggervr.co.za with your order details and a clear description of the fault.

Fault Assessment

Our team will assess the claim and, where required, arrange for the product to be inspected in-store or by the manufacturer's certified service centre.

Resolution — Repair, Replacement or Refund

Upon confirmation of a valid warranty fault, we will facilitate a repair, like-for-like replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and manufacturer terms.
